The shop
Cliffside Motorworks sits a few blocks up from the harbor on Cañon Street. Reza runs it as a two-lift shop on purpose: fewer cars in the building means the person who diagnosed your car is the one who finishes it, and nothing gets handed off half-understood at five o'clock. We keep the specialty tools for the marques we work on, we photograph what we find, and we road-test every car before it goes back on the street. If a job is outside what we do well, we will say so and tell you who does it.

On the lift
Factory intervals with the fluids and filters the manufacturer specified, torqued to the published figures and written up so your service history stays clean.
Pads, discs, sensors, and fluid. We measure pad depth and rotor thickness, show you both numbers, and only replace what is actually out of spec.
Bushings, control arms, dampers, and springs, followed by a four-wheel alignment set to the numbers rather than to whatever the rack defaults to.
Module faults, intermittent warning lights, and wiring problems traced with a scope and a wiring diagram instead of a parts cannon.
Clutch kits, flywheels, mounts, and gearbox and differential fluid changes for manual and dual-clutch cars, road-tested through the full range before pickup.
Before you hand over money on a used car, we put it on the lift, scan for stored faults, check the undercarriage, and send you photographs of what is really there.
