How do I know if a repair is urgent or can wait?
We separate the two for you after diagnosis — anything affecting safety or likely to cause more damage gets flagged as urgent, and anything else gets explained so you can plan around it instead of guessing.
Will you show me what's actually wrong with my car?
Yes. Diagnosis comes before repair, and we walk you through what we found — codes, worn parts, fluid condition — so the recommendation makes sense before you approve any work.
How fast can you get my car in?
Call or book online and we'll work out timing based on what the car needs and what's already on the schedule. Cars with safety concerns get prioritized in that conversation.
