A Style Concierge Salon sits behind gold-framed mirrors and exposed brick, the kind of room that asks you to slow down before it touches your hair. That's on purpose. - Bring a photo if you have one, or just tell your stylist what's been frustrating about your hair lately. The consultation is built for exactly that — the specific cut or color gets figured out together, in the chair, before anything starts.
- How do you make sure the color matches what I asked for?
- Color is checked against your skin tone and current hair level before it's applied, then reviewed under the salon's own lighting once it's processed, so what you see when you leave is the color you agreed to, not an approximation.
- Can I request the same stylist every time?
- Yes — regulars often keep a running relationship with one stylist, which is why the same names come up again in what clients say about their visits. Ask when you book and it can be arranged.
