What we do

  • Brow shaping

    01

A cut built around how your hair actually falls and how much time you're willing to spend on it each morning.

  • Color & highlights

    02

Full color or dimensional highlights, matched to your skin tone and mapped out before anything touches your hair.

  • Balayage

    03

Hand-painted color for a soft, grown-out look that doesn't leave a hard line as it fades.

  • Blowouts

    04

A finished, styled blowout for a day you need your hair to hold up — smooth, full, and shaped to your face.

  • Keratin & smoothing

    05

A smoothing treatment for frizz and unruly texture, so your daily styling routine gets shorter, not more complicated.

  • Special-occasion styling

    06

Styling for weddings, events, and photos, planned ahead of time so there are no surprises the morning of.

Not sure what to ask for? Call — we’ll talk it through.

Call to book

Consultation comes first

No color or cut begins until we've talked through what you actually want and how you'll wear it.

Built for the regrowth

Cuts and color are chosen to still look intentional as they grow out, not just on day one.

Your preferences, remembered

What you asked for last time informs what we do this time, so returning visits get easier, not repetitive.

Monochrome studio detail

A stylist who asks before she cuts

Amy-M is built around a simple idea: the consultation matters as much as the scissors. Before any color goes on or any length comes off, there's a conversation about what you're trying to get away from and what you actually want to wake up to. That conversation is what keeps a balayage from turning brassy in a month or a blowout from falling flat by Friday. The goal isn't a dramatic reveal in the mirror — it's hair that still does what you asked it to do two weeks later, at home, on your own.

How a first visit runs

Book it your way

Call or message — say what you're after and when you can come.

Start with a consultation

A few minutes to talk it through before anything starts. A photo of what you want helps more than words.

Nothing is a surprise

What's being done is checked with you as it goes, not revealed at the end.

Leave knowing how to keep it

Ask how to care for it at home and when to come back. That's part of the visit, not an extra.

Before your first visit

Four things worth knowing — wherever you book

True anywhere, this studio included. A good first visit starts with a conversation.

A consultation costs nothing

Any good appointment starts with questions. If the work starts before the questions do, that's your answer.

Bring the photo

A picture of what you want beats any description of it. Save two or three.

Ask what's going on your skin

Tints, dyes, glues and gels can all cause reactions. It's a normal question to ask what's being used — and whether a patch test makes sense.

Book the person, not just the place

Consistency is the whole game. When you find someone whose work you like, ask for them by name next time.

good to know

How do I know what to ask for if I don't know the technical terms?
You don't need the vocabulary. Tell your stylist what bothers you about your current hair and what your mornings actually look like — naming the technique is our job, not yours.
Will my color match what I saw in a photo?
We talk through the photo together first, including how the tone will sit against your specific skin and hair, so expectations are set before anything is applied rather than discovered afterward.
How far out should I book for a special occasion?
Booking ahead gives us time to talk through the style, any reference photos, and how long it needs to hold, so there's a plan in place well before the day itself.

Amy-M Facial and Brow Studio’s website is built and ready

It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

Launch this website: $299

$299 once · $49/mo from day 30 · cancel online any time · 30-day refund on the $299

What happens after you launch

  1. TodayYou pay $299. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
  2. Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
  3. Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
  4. 30 daysNot for you? Email us and the $299 comes back, no questions. The $49/mo starts only after that.

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. The $299 launch fee is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked, and the $49 a month can be cancelled at any time.

What's the $49 a month for?

Hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
