Questions
I just bought tires somewhere else. Can you still do the alignment?
Yes. Alignments are done independent of where the tires came from, and it's common for tire shops to send customers to us for that step. The car goes on the rack and gets measured against spec regardless of where it was bought.
How do you figure out what's actually making the noise?
We put the car on the lift and check the suspension and steering components by hand, joint by joint, rather than assuming it's the last part someone replaced. Once the source is confirmed, we explain what we found before recommending a fix.
