Hair takes weeks to grow into a decision, so the conversation before the appointment matters as much as the appointment itself — what you liked last time, what you didn't, what your mornings actually look like. - The formula is planned against your skin tone and current base color during the consultation, then checked in natural light as it develops. If something needs adjusting, that happens before you leave the chair.
