Show, then quote
You see the worn or failed part before we give you a price to replace it.
Diagnose before we guess
We run the diagnostic first and base the repair recommendation on what it actually finds.
Plain answers on urgency
We tell you directly whether a repair is safety-critical now or can reasonably wait.
Say what happened
A chip or a crack, where it is, and the year, make and model. A photo helps.
Repair or replace, agreed first
Small chips can often be repaired; bigger damage means new glass. Which one, and the price, is settled before work starts.
The glass gets done
What was agreed, the way it was agreed.
Give the adhesive its time
Ask how long before the car is safe to drive, and how long before a car wash.
Before any glass work
Four things worth knowing — whoever you call
Ask these of anyone quoting your glass — us included.
Ask about camera recalibration
Many newer cars have safety cameras behind the windshield. Ask whether yours needs recalibrating after a replacement.
Ask what glass is being used
Factory and aftermarket glass can differ in fit and clarity. It's fine to ask which one is quoted.
Don't wait on a chip
Chips can spread into cracks with heat and bumps. Small ones are often repairable if they're caught early.
Ask about insurance
Some policies cover glass. Ask whether the shop can work with your insurer before you pay out of pocket.
We put the part in your hand before we replace it
Auto Glass USA & Tint works on the cars people actually drive to work in — the ones with a noise that started last week, or a light on the dash nobody's looked at yet. We run the diagnostic first, walk you out to the bay, and point at whatever's actually failing before any of it comes off the car. Some of what we find can wait a few months; some can't, and we'll tell you the difference plainly. The goal is a car you trust again, not a bill you didn't see coming.

Questions
Can you tell me what's wrong before I agree to a repair?
Yes — that's the first step. We run the diagnostic, show you what it found, and explain the likely cause before quoting anything. You decide what to do with that information.
Do I need this fixed now, or can it wait?
We'll tell you plainly which category it falls in. Some issues affect safety or can cause further damage quickly; others are fine to schedule for later. We separate the two instead of treating everything as urgent.
How do I get on the schedule?
Call and tell us what's going on with the car, and we'll get you booked in. If it's something urgent, say so when you call and we'll factor that into scheduling.
