- I've never had my brows threaded before — is it a big change?
- Threading is a gradual, controlled process, not an aggressive reshape unless that's what you want. Your stylist works with your natural arch and talks through the shape with you as they go, so nothing happens that you haven't agreed to first.
- How do I book an appointment?
- Call the salon directly and we'll find a time that works. Because appointments are worked one at a time, booking ahead is the best way to get the stylist and time slot you want.
- Can I bring a photo of a color or cut I like?
- Yes — a reference photo helps your stylist understand direction, though the final result is adapted to your hair's texture and how it grows, not copied exactly. The consultation before any work starts is where that gets sorted out.
