What we do
Beauty treatments
01A precision cut built around your hair's natural fall and how you actually style it at home, not just how it looks fresh out of the chair.
Color & highlights
02Single-process color or dimensional highlights, formulated to your skin tone and how much upkeep you actually want to commit to.
Balayage
03Hand-painted color that grows out soft instead of leaving a hard line at the root.
Blowouts
04A finished, smooth blowout for a night out, an interview, or just a day you want your hair to behave.
Keratin & smoothing treatments
05Frizz-reducing treatments that soften texture and cut down on daily styling time, matched to how much smoothness you want.
Special-occasion styling
06Upstyles and event-ready looks for weddings, photos, and nights that need your hair to hold.
Not sure what to ask for? Call — we’ll talk it through.
Call to bookTalk before we touch
Every appointment starts with a conversation about your hair and your routine before any tool comes out.
Built to grow out well
Cuts and color are planned around how they'll look weeks later, not just the moment you leave the chair.
Your history stays with us
We keep track of what formulas and cuts worked for you so future visits build on the last one.

Consultation first, scissors second
Beauty Collective Co is built around a simple idea: a good result starts with listening, not with a trend board. Before anything is cut or colored, your stylist talks through what your hair does day to day, what's grown out badly before, and what you're actually trying to fix. Color is mapped to your skin and your maintenance appetite, not just a photo you brought in. The goal isn't a dramatic reveal in the chair — it's a cut and color that still make sense to you two months later, when you're doing your own hair on a Tuesday morning.
How a first visit runs
(619) 852-9396Book it your way
Call or message — say what you're after and when you can come.
Start with a consultation
A few minutes to talk it through before anything starts. A photo of what you want helps more than words.
Nothing is a surprise
What's being done is checked with you as it goes, not revealed at the end.
Leave knowing how to keep it
Ask how to care for it at home and when to come back. That's part of the visit, not an extra.
Before your first visit
Four things worth knowing — wherever you book
True anywhere, this studio included. A good first visit starts with a conversation.
A consultation costs nothing
Any good appointment starts with questions. If the work starts before the questions do, that's your answer.
Bring the photo
A picture of what you want beats any description of it. Save two or three.
Ask what's going on your skin
Tints, dyes, glues and gels can all cause reactions. It's a normal question to ask what's being used — and whether a patch test makes sense.
Book the person, not just the place
Consistency is the whole game. When you find someone whose work you like, ask for them by name next time.

good to know
- What if I don't know exactly what I want?
- That's what the consultation is for. Bring photos if you have them, or just describe what you like and don't like about your current hair — your stylist will help translate that into a cut or color that suits you.
- How do you decide between highlights and balayage?
- It comes down to how much contrast you want and how often you want to be back in the chair. Your stylist will walk through both options against your hair's current color and your maintenance preference before recommending one.
- How far in advance should I book for an event?
- Call and we'll talk through timing based on the service and the date. Trial runs for color or styling are worth discussing early so there's time to adjust before the day itself.
