A Chula Vista counter stocked floor to ceiling with glass water pipes, hookahs, papers and hardware, staffed by people who will actually explain the difference.
The categories we carry. The case changes week to week — ask at the counter.

The shop
The case is full and somebody behind it knows it
Walk in and the first thing you notice is the wall: rows of glass water pipes and hookahs under the lights, cases full underneath. Broadway Smoke Shop keeps that wall stocked and organized instead of picked-over, so whether you know exactly what you want or you're comparing two pieces for the first time, there's enough here to actually choose from. A Google reviewer described the shop as having great customer service — that's the standard the counter works toward on every visit.

03Customer service called out by name in a shop review
“Best smoke shop in SoCal, small, personable, and has a little bit of everything. THE LOWEST PRICES I'VE SEEN ACROSS THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA! & The owner stands behind his products!”

Good to know
21+ with a valid ID
Everyone buying must be 21 or older and show a valid government photo ID — every visit.
In person only
Everything in the case is sold over the counter. Nothing is sold online or by mail.
Questions, answered
Do I need ID to buy anything here?01
Yes. Every purchase at the counter requires a valid ID showing you're 21 or older — that applies to every product in the shop, no exceptions.
Can I see a piece before I decide?02
Yes. The glass water pipes and hookahs are on display along the wall and in the cases, so you can look them over in person and ask the counter about differences before choosing.
Do you help first-time buyers figure out what they need?03
That's a normal counter conversation here. Come in, describe what you're looking for, and staff will walk you through the options in the case rather than pointing you at whatever's closest.
It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.
Live on your own domain the same day you launch, and nothing to pay today
$59/mo after your first 30 days: hosting, security, and unlimited edits to your pages. Email the change, we make it.
You own everything: the domain, the site, the content. Cancel anytime, keep it all.

What happens after you launch
TodayYou pay nothing. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
30 daysNot for you? Cancel online before day 30 and you never pay a cent. Keep it, and the $59/mo starts then. We email you before the first charge.
Before you decide
Do I actually own the site?+
Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.
Can I get my money back?+
On the $0-today plan there's nothing to get back at first: nothing is charged for 30 days, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime; a month already billed isn't refunded. If you paid $299 to launch instead, that $299 is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked.
What's the monthly fee for?+
It's $59 a month (or $49 if you paid $299 to launch), and it covers hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.
How did you get my information?+
From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
