Carlton Hair works on one simple idea: you should know what you're getting before it happens to your head. Every appointment starts with a conversation about what your hair actually does day to day, what grew out wrong last time, and what you're hoping changes. From there it's cuts, color, balayage, and smoothing services built around that conversation, not a menu picked in advance. The goal isn't a dramatic reveal in the chair — it's hair that still falls right three weeks later, when you're the only one doing the styling.
