What we do
Haircuts
01A consultation first, then a cut shaped to how your hair actually falls and how you'll wear it on an ordinary Tuesday.
Color & highlights
02Full color or dimensional highlights, matched to your skin tone and built to grow out without a hard line.
Balayage
03Hand-painted lightening for a graduated, sun-touched look that doesn't need a root touch-up every month.
Blowouts
04A wash and a professional blow-dry that holds its shape well past the walk to the car.
Keratin & smoothing
05A smoothing treatment for frizz and unruly texture, done in the chair with your finished look in mind.
Special-occasion styling
06Upstyles and event hair for weddings, formals, and nights you want to remember how your hair looked.
Not sure what to ask for? Call — we’ll talk it through.
Call to bookConsult before cutting
No color or cut starts until the stylist has talked through what you want and how your hair behaves.
Your record, kept
Formulas and cuts from your last visit are kept on file so 'the usual' actually means the usual.
Shown before you leave
You see the finished color or cut in the mirror before the cape comes off, not after.

The room behind the bulb-lit sign
Chez Rouge sits behind a marquee that lights up 30th-Street-style, stacked stone and painted wood out front, glass windows you can see the chairs through. Inside it works like a good salon should: a real consultation before anything gets cut or colored, and a stylist who writes down what worked so next time takes less explaining. A Google reviewer called it 'a creative salon filled with amazing cosmetologists' who make you feel at home in the chair. That's the standard the room holds itself to, appointment after appointment.
“I’ve been going to Tiffany for years and I love everything about her. She is able to tell what style and color is best for me and I trust her expertise and sense of style always.”
“This place is amazing!! It's truly a creative salon!! Filled with some amazing cosmetologist!! They are all very professional and make u feel at home when sitting in The chair!!”

good to know
- Do I need to know exactly what I want before I book?
- No. Bring a photo if you have one, or just tell your stylist what bothers you about your current color or cut. The consultation is where the plan gets built, not something you're expected to arrive with.
- Can the same stylist see me every time?
- Booking with the same stylist is how most regulars work here, since they'll already know your formula and how your hair grows out. Mention it when you book and ask to keep that stylist going forward.
- How do you match color to what I actually want?
- Your stylist talks through your skin tone, your base color, and reference photos before mixing anything, then walks you through the plan. Balayage and full color both start with that same conversation.
