- Will my color grow out looking patchy?
- Color and balayage are mixed and placed with your regrowth in mind, not just how it looks fresh. Balayage in particular is hand-painted to soften the root line as it grows, rather than leaving a hard edge.
- Do I need to know exactly what I want before I come in?
- No. Cindy talks through your hair, your routine, and what's realistic for upkeep before anything is mixed or cut. Bring a photo if you have one, but the plan gets built together in the chair.
- Is it the same stylist every time?
- Yes. Cindy does the cutting and coloring herself, which is why clients who return regularly find the results consistent — she's working from what she remembers about your hair, not a file handed to someone new.
