What we do

  • 01

    Recurring cleaning

Recurring office cleaning built around your building: same crew, same checklist, entry handled quietly after hours.

  • 02

    Recurring schedules

Nightly, weekly, or whatever cadence your building runs on — set once and it keeps running without you managing it.

  • 03

    Deep cleaning

A heavier pass beyond the routine visit: baseboards, vents, behind furniture, the spots a nightly clean doesn't reach.

  • 04

    Floor & carpet care

Stripping, waxing, and carpet extraction for hard floors and carpet that daily vacuuming can't bring back on its own.

  • 05

    Window cleaning

Interior and reachable exterior glass, cleaned so lobbies and conference rooms actually look clear, not just wiped.

  • 06

    Disinfection services

High-touch surfaces — door handles, switches, shared equipment — treated on their own pass when a building needs it.

  • Same Crew, Every Visit

The same team is assigned to your account instead of a rotating roster relearning your building each time.

  • A Checklist, Not a Guess

Every visit follows the same written checklist, room by room, so nothing gets skipped when no one's watching.

  • Quiet After Hours

Cleaning is scheduled around your staff and tenants, with entry and exit handled without disrupting the workday.

One crew learns your building, then keeps it

Offices don't need a different cleaner every visit — they need the same one, showing up on the same night, working from the same checklist. That's how Day Cleaning Service is set up: crews assigned to a building instead of rotated through a roster, entering and exiting after hours without disrupting staff or tenants. Break rooms, glass, counters, floors — the finish should look the same in month six as it did the first week. When something needs attention beyond the routine, we say so instead of quietly skipping it. Consistency is the actual product here.'

  • Will the same people clean our office each time?

Yes — crews are assigned to a building rather than rotated through a roster, so the same team learns your space, your access points, and what the checklist means in your building specifically.

  • How do you handle access after hours?

Entry is arranged with whoever manages your building — keys, codes, or a check-in process, whatever's already in place. Crews work quietly, lock up behind themselves, and leave the space exactly as they found it access-wise.

  • Can you work around our existing tenants or staff schedule?

That's the point of a recurring schedule — it's set up around your building's actual hours and traffic, then it runs on that cadence. If your schedule changes, we adjust the routine rather than asking you to work around us.

How service starts

01

Show them the space

A quick walkthrough or a few photos: the size of the space, the surfaces, and what bothers you most.

02

Agree the checklist and the price

What's included, how often, and what it costs — settled before the first visit.

03

Service runs as agreed

The agreed days, the agreed checklist. Changes get agreed the same way.

04

Walk it after the first clean

Point at anything that isn't right on visit one — that's when the standard gets set.

Before you hand anyone a key

Four flags worth knowing — whoever you're vetting

Ask these of any cleaning company quoting your space — us included.

  • A price without seeing the space

Size and condition decide the work. A real quote comes after a look, even a quick one.

  • No checklist attached

“Full cleaning” means nothing on an invoice. Tasks in writing are what actually get done.

  • Cagey about insurance

Any cleaning company should expect to be asked about insurance. The answer should be quick and specific.

  • Vague about who shows up

The same person or a rotating team, and how they're vetted — fair questions for anyone with a key.

Day Cleaning Service’s website is built and ready

It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

Launch this website: $299

$299 once · $49/mo from day 30 · cancel online any time · 30-day refund on the $299

What happens after you launch

  1. TodayYou pay $299. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
  2. Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
  3. Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
  4. 30 daysNot for you? Email us and the $299 comes back, no questions. The $49/mo starts only after that.

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. The $299 launch fee is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked, and the $49 a month can be cancelled at any time.

What's the $49 a month for?

Hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
