- How long will my gel or acrylic last?
- It depends on how fast your natural nail grows and how the set was applied. Gel is built in cured layers and acrylics are filled on a schedule specifically so the shape holds instead of lifting early — ask your tech what timeline makes sense for your nails.
- What if I'm not happy with my set?
- Come back and tell us. One customer had an issue corrected the very next visit, and that's the standard we hold ourselves to rather than the exception.
- Can I request a specific tech?
- Yes — if a particular tech did great work for you before, ask for them by name when you book so your appointment goes to the person who already knows your hands or feet.
