What we do
Nail art
01Hand-painted nail art and fine detail design, built on a clean shape and cured properly before you leave.
Manicures & pedicures
02Shaping, cuticle care, and polish done at an unhurried pace, with attention to how the edges finish.
Gel & shellac
03Gel and shellac color that's cured and finished properly, meant to hold its shine through the weeks between visits.
Acrylics & fills
04Full acrylic sets and fills, shaped and balanced so they grow out cleanly instead of looking bulky.
Spa pedicures
05A soak, scrub, and foot massage before polish, for the pedicure that's meant to slow you down a little.
Polish changes
06A quick color swap for nails or toes when the shape is already good and you just need fresh polish.
Not sure what to ask for? Call — we’ll talk it through.
Call to bookTwo sets of hands only
Appointments are worked directly by Sandy or John, not passed between rotating techs.
Call ahead, get seen
Because the shop is small, appointments are booked in advance so your time is set aside.
Detail checked before you go
Line work and nail art are finished slowly and looked over before you leave the chair.

Two chairs, two people, no rotating techs
Emerald Nails sits in a Lakeside strip-mall storefront, glass front and painted signage, the kind of place you notice once and then keep coming back to. It's run by Sandy and John, and because it's just the two of them, every appointment gets worked by one of them directly instead of whoever's free next. That means the shaping, the cuticle work, and the detail on a design get the same attention whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth. Call ahead for a chair — the shop is small on purpose.

good to know
- Do I need to book ahead, or can I walk in?
- It's a small shop with just two people working, so calling ahead is the surest way to get a chair at a time that works for you. Walking in can mean a wait if both of them are already with someone.
- Can you do detailed nail art, not just plain polish?
- Yes — nail art and line design are done freehand after the shape and base are set. Bring a picture of what you have in mind, or describe it, and it's worked out on the nail before it's sealed.
- Does the pedicure include a massage?
- The spa pedicure includes a foot and lower-leg massage before shaping and polish. It's built to take longer than a basic pedicure so that part isn't rushed.
