- Tell us what you're after when you call and we'll match you with a stylist suited to it — color specialists for balayage or highlights, cutting-focused stylists for precision work. If you already have someone you like, ask for them directly.
- Can I bring a photo of what I want?
- Yes, and it helps. Your stylist will look at the photo against your hair's current color, texture, and length, and tell you honestly what's achievable in one visit versus what might take more than one.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Color and smoothing services take a real block of chair time, so it's worth calling ahead rather than walking in and hoping. We'll talk through timing with you when you book.
