- Can the stylist adjust the cut if I change my mind partway through?
- Yes. If you want it shorter or want more layers once you see it coming together, that adjustment happens in the chair during the same appointment, not on a future visit.
- I want a perm or keratin treatment — will it work on my hair?
- That depends on your hair's current condition. Antonia checks it first and will tell you honestly if the treatment you're picturing won't hold up, along with what would work better instead.
- Can I request the same stylist every time I come in?
- Yes, working with the same stylist each visit is how the salon operates, which means your preferences and history carry over instead of starting over each appointment.
