What we do

  • Beauty treatments

    01

Scissor and clipper work built around how your hair grows and how you actually wear it day to day.

  • Fades & Tapers

    02

Skin, low, mid or high, blended guard by guard so the line disappears instead of announcing itself.

  • Beard Trims

    03

Shaped with shears and clippers, then cleaned up at the cheek and neck with a straight razor.

  • Hot Towel Shaves

    04

Steamed towels, brush lather, and a straight razor pass with the grain and then against it.

  • Kids' Cuts

    05

Quick, calm cuts for younger clients, with the mirror close by so they can watch the whole thing.

  • Color & Styling

    06

Color and finishing work to round out a cut, handled with the same attention as the haircut itself.

Cut for the regrowth

Every cut is shaped to hold up in the weeks after, not just for the walk out the door.

Mirror check every time

You look in the mirror before the cape comes off, at every stage of the cut.

We remember what worked

Your barber keeps track of what you asked for last time, so a repeat visit starts from there.

A shop that talks to you before it cuts anything

Glamyourous is a San Diego barbershop built around the conversation that happens before the clippers turn on. What do your mornings look like, what does your hair actually do, what are you tired of fixing every day. Those answers decide the cut, not a photo pulled off a phone at the last second. Fades are blended by hand, necklines are cleaned up with a razor, and beard lines get shown to you so you can hold them at home. The goal is simple: you stop thinking about your hair between visits.

How a first visit runs

Book it your way

Call or message — say what you're after and when you can come.

Start with a consultation

A few minutes to talk it through before anything starts. A photo of what you want helps more than words.

Nothing is a surprise

What's being done is checked with you as it goes, not revealed at the end.

Leave knowing how to keep it

Ask how to care for it at home and when to come back. That's part of the visit, not an extra.

Before your first visit

Four things worth knowing — wherever you book

True anywhere, this studio included. A good first visit starts with a conversation.

A consultation costs nothing

Any good appointment starts with questions. If the work starts before the questions do, that's your answer.

Bring the photo

A picture of what you want beats any description of it. Save two or three.

Ask what's going on your skin

Tints, dyes, glues and gels can all cause reactions. It's a normal question to ask what's being used — and whether a patch test makes sense.

Book the person, not just the place

Consistency is the whole game. When you find someone whose work you like, ask for them by name next time.

good to know

Do I need to book ahead?
Booking is the surest way to get a chair without waiting. If you're coming from across town, call ahead and we'll be straight with you about how the schedule looks that day.
How do I explain the cut I want if I don't know the name?
You don't need the vocabulary. Tell us what bothers you about your current cut and what your week actually looks like, and we'll figure out the details from there.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes. We keep the pace slow and the clippers quiet, and let them watch in the mirror. Most kids relax into it faster than parents expect.

You just saw the whole thing

Glamyourous’ website is built and ready

It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

Launch this website: $299

$299 once · $49/mo from day 30 · cancel online any time · 30-day refund on the $299

What happens after you launch

  1. TodayYou pay $299. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
  2. Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
  3. Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
  4. 30 daysNot for you? Email us and the $299 comes back, no questions. The $49/mo starts only after that.

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. The $299 launch fee is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked, and the $49 a month can be cancelled at any time.

What's the $49 a month for?

Hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
