What we do
Haircuts
01Scissor and clipper work built to how your hair actually grows, checked in the mirror before you're called done.
Fades & Tapers
02Skin, low, mid, or high — blended by hand guard by guard until the line disappears.
Beard Trims
03Shaped with shears and clippers, cheek and neck lines cleaned up with a razor for a crisp finish.
Hot Towel Shaves
04Steamed towel, brush lather, and a straight razor pass with the grain and then against it.
Kids' Cuts
05Clippers kept quiet, pace kept slow, and a mirror to watch so a first haircut turns into curiosity instead of nerves.
Color & Styling
06Color and finishing work for those who want more than a cut, handled with the same attention as everything else.
Not sure what to ask for? Call — we’ll talk it through.
Call to bookChecked before you're done
You look in the mirror at each stage of the cut, not just at the very end.
Cut for the regrowth
Every cut is shaped to how your hair grows, so it still works weeks later, not just today.
Your barber remembers
We keep track of what worked last visit so repeat visits start from where the last one ended.

A shop where the barber talks while cutting
Golden Llama Barbershop runs on the basics done well: a real conversation before the cape goes on, clippers and scissors used with equal seriousness, and a mirror check before anyone calls a cut finished. The goal is a cut that survives your actual mornings, not just the walk to the car. Whether it's a fade, a beard line, or a first haircut for a kid who's never sat still this long, the pace stays unhurried and the details — the neckline, the taper, the part — get the same attention every time.
“Been seeing Julian (owner) for years. He’s a great dude and awesome at what he does. Honestly you can’t go wrong with anyone in the shop. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and does excellent work.”
“I’ve been following Julian for as long as I can remember. Haircuts are always so clean and I always leave looking very sharp. Happy to see he has a new shop. Highly recommend it!”
“Julian is the man and always a chill time getting a haircut here. Friendly and great service.”

good to know
- Do I need to book ahead?
- Booking gets you a set time in the chair. If you're coming from further out, calling ahead is the surest way to know what the shop looks like that day.
- I don't know what to ask for — is that okay?
- That's normal. Sit down, tell us what bothers you about your current cut and what your week looks like, and we'll work out the shape from there. Naming it is our job.
- Do you cut kids' hair?
- Yes. We slow the pace down, keep the clippers quiet, and let them watch in the mirror so a first cut goes smoothly instead of becoming a fight.
