- How do I know which stylist to book with?
- You can request a specific stylist when you book, or let the front desk match you based on what you're looking for. Many clients settle into a regular stylist over a few visits once the formula and cut are dialed in.
- What if I'm not sure what color I want?
- That's what the consultation is for. Bring photos if you have them, or describe the shade in your own words — the stylist works from there to mix a formula that matches, and talks through options before anything touches your hair.
- How far in advance should I book for an event?
- Booking ahead gives your stylist time to plan the style around your hair's length and texture instead of rushing it same-day. Call to get on the schedule and talk through timing for your date.
