Questions
How do you decide what actually needs fixing?
We inspect or scan the car first and separate what's failing now from what's simply worn but functional. You see what we found before deciding what to approve, so nothing gets replaced just because it's old.
How fast can you get my car in?
Call and we'll go over what's happening with the car and find a slot that fits. Cars with an active warning light or an obvious safety issue get looked at sooner than routine maintenance.
Will you show me what's wrong instead of just telling me?
Yes. Whatever the issue is, we walk you over and point at the actual part — a worn pad, a cracked belt, a failed sensor — so the repair makes sense before you agree to it.
