It can be. We've had cars come in after dealer visits where the original issue was still there. We run our own diagnostic from scratch and show you what we find before recommending anything.
Do you work on cars besides VWs?
Yes — the shop handles import vehicles generally, not just Volkswagens. Bring the car in and we'll run diagnostics the same way regardless of make.
How do you decide what needs fixing now versus what can wait?
We separate what's actually failing from what's just worn but functional, and explain which is which. You get a straight answer on urgency before deciding what to approve.
