How do I know if a repair is urgent or something I can put off?
We sort every finding by urgency during the inspection and explain the difference in plain terms — a worn brake pad and a leaking line are not the same conversation. You decide what to handle now and what to schedule for later.
Will you show me what's actually wrong with my car?
Yes. We keep the worn part aside after a repair so you can see it, and for anything under the hood we walk you through what the diagnostic readings and a physical check showed before recommending work.
How does scheduling work if I need to get in soon?
Call and describe what's going on with the car, and we'll tell you honestly how the schedule looks and whether it's something that should be looked at right away or can wait for a normal appointment.
