The dent gets looked at before it gets a price
Perfection Auto Body works on what's actually wrong with the car, not what's easiest to sell. A popped bumper, a slow brake pedal, a light on the dash — each one gets put on the lift and looked at before anyone talks numbers. Cars come in with wet asphalt still on the tires and painted panels still cold from the morning, and they leave with the customer knowing what was worn, what was cracked, and what can wait another few thousand miles. It's a small shop; the same people look at your car every time you bring it back.

Will you tell me if something can wait?
Yes. Not everything found on the lift needs fixing today. We separate what's urgent from what's worth watching, and explain the difference so you can decide what to do now versus later.
Do you handle both body damage and mechanical problems?
We work on both — a dented bumper or panel and the mechanical side, like brakes, engines, and diagnostics. Whatever brought the car in gets looked at on the same lift before anything is quoted.
How do I get my car in?
Call and we'll get the car scheduled and on the lift. If something's urgent, say so on the phone and we'll talk through how soon it needs to be looked at.
