We start with a scan tool for codes, then confirm with a road test and a hands-on look under the car. Codes point to a system, not always the exact part, so the inspection is what tells us what to actually fix.
Will you replace things I don't need?
We check what's actually worn before recommending a repair, and if a part is close but not failing yet, we'll say so instead of replacing it early. You see the worn part yourself before it comes off the car.
Do you handle smog checks for registration?
Yes, we run the state smog test and walk you through the result. If something needs attention to pass, we explain what it is and why it's flagged before any work happens.
