Yes. A diagnostic test runs first, and Chris or George will walk you through what the codes or the test showed before any repair gets recommended. You're looking at the same information they are.
How fast can you get my car in?
Call and describe what's going on — urgent issues like a car that won't start get worked into the schedule the same day when it's possible. George handles quotes over the phone so you know what to expect before you bring it in.
Do you work on starters and batteries, or just engines?
Both. Electrical faults, dead batteries, and starter replacements get diagnosed the same way engine issues do — tested at the source before anything's swapped, including quick turnarounds when the schedule allows it.
