What we do

  • Panel upgrades

A panel sized to what your house actually runs now, not what it ran when it was built, wired and labeled to current code.

  • Rewiring & troubleshooting

Tripping breakers, warm outlets, lights that flicker for no clear reason — we trace the circuit back to the actual cause.

  • EV charger installation

A dedicated circuit sized to your car and your panel, installed and permitted so it holds up to daily charging.

  • Lighting & fixtures

Fixture swaps, new circuits for a remodeled room, and lighting placed where a room actually needs it.

  • Ceiling fans

Fans mounted on a rated box with the wiring checked first, so it hangs steady instead of wobbling in six months.

  • Whole-home surge protection

A surge protector installed at the panel to guard everything on the circuit at once, instead of one outlet at a time.

A Spring Valley shop that quotes before it opens a panel

Premo Electric works out of Spring Valley under California contractor license #996008, covering homes across East County. Before a truck rolls, we usually ask for a few photos and some basic questions about the panel or the fixture in question, so the visit matches the actual problem. That habit comes from doing a lot of panel work in older houses where the wiring never matches the layer above it. The work itself is straightforward: diagnose first, quote the real job, then do it to code and leave the panel labeled the way you'll actually need it read later.

  • Diagnose by photo first

We often ask for photos and a few questions before sending a truck, so the visit matches the actual problem.

  • The price before the panel opens

You get a quote based on your home's wiring and load before any work starts, not after.

  • Permits pulled, not skipped

Panel and circuit work is permitted and inspected the way the code requires, not just wired and closed up.

  • How can you quote a job before seeing my house?

For a lot of jobs, especially EV chargers and panel questions, we start with a short questionnaire and some photos of the panel or fixture. That's often enough to give a real quote over the phone before a truck ever needs to come out.

  • Do I need a panel upgrade to install an EV charger?

It depends on what your panel can already carry alongside everything else in the house. We check the existing load first — sometimes a dedicated circuit is enough, sometimes the panel needs to be upsized. We'll tell you which one it is before quoting the work.

  • My breaker keeps tripping. Is that dangerous?

Sometimes, sometimes not. We've asked customers for photos of the breaker and panel before sending anyone out, which is often enough to tell whether it's an urgent safety issue or something that can wait for a scheduled visit.

“I called to install a ceiling fan and got a quick call back and next-day install. Serge showed up right on time and did a quick, clean, thorough and professional job.”

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. The $299 launch fee is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked, and the $49 a month can be cancelled at any time.

What's the $49 a month for?

Hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
