Services

What we do

  • Sewer line inspections

Full diagnostic before any repair — camera the sewer or trace the leak, then walk you through exactly what we found.

  • Drain clearing & hydro jetting

Slow tubs and backed-up kitchen lines cleared with cable or jetter, then camera-checked so you know the line is actually open.

  • Water heaters

Repair or replacement for tank and tankless, sized to your household and your water source, well or city.

  • Leak detection & repair

A wet spot, a stain, or a well pump that won't stop cycling — we trace it before we open anything.

  • Repipes & pipe replacement

Older Ramona and Lakeside homes still run galvanized. We replace it in PEX or copper, sized for well pressure.

  • Sewer camera inspection

Roots, bellies, and offsets in the lateral, shown to you on screen before we recommend a repair.

Plumbing job detail

Backcountry plumbing built for well pressure and long driveways

Razo's Waterworks works the ground between Ramona and Julian, where houses sit on well systems, septic tanks, and pipe runs a lot longer than anything in the city. That changes how you diagnose a leak and how you size a water heater. We camera the line before we quote a repair, explain what the footage shows, and use materials suited to the property — not a one-size answer copied from a subdivision job. Most calls come from the same roads, twice.

Plumbing job detail
  • Diagnose before we dig

We camera the line or trace the leak before opening any wall or trench, and show you what we found.

  • The quote follows the footage

You see the camera run or the leak trace before we give you a number, so the quote is tied to evidence.

  • Built for your water source

We size heaters and pipe materials to whether your property runs on a well or a city line.

  • Do you work on properties with well water?

Yes. Well systems run at different pressure than city lines, which changes how we size a water heater or diagnose a leak. We look at the water source first, before recommending any fix.

  • How do you find a leak without tearing up my yard or walls?

We trace with meters before opening anything. That narrows the search to a specific section of pipe, so the hole we open — in drywall or in a trench — is in the right place the first time.

  • Can you tell me what's wrong with my sewer line before you dig?

We run a camera through the lateral first and record the footage. You see roots, offsets, or a bellied section on screen with us, and the repair we recommend is based on what the camera actually showed.

How a job runs, start to finish

01

Say what's going on

A call or a text — photos help if they're easy to take.

02

Agree on the work first

Scope and price settled before anything starts. If something changes mid-job, it gets agreed the same way.

03

The work gets done

On the day you set, in the way you agreed.

04

Walk it before it's done

Point at anything that isn't right while the tools are still out — that's what the walkthrough is for.

Before you hire anyone

Four flags worth knowing — whoever you call

Ask these of anyone bidding your job — us included. A good answer costs nothing; a bad one saves you the whole mistake.

  • A price before anyone's seen the job

Real quotes come after eyes on the work. A number over the phone is a number that changes.

  • Nothing in writing

Scope, price, and who buys materials — settled before work starts, on paper or in a text thread.

  • Pressure to start today

Good operators are booked. Same-hour availability with a discount attached is its own answer.

  • No paper trail on payment

However you pay, there should be a record of what was agreed and what was done.

Razo's Waterworks’ website is built and ready

It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

Launch this website: $0 today

$0 today · $59/mo from day 30 · cancel online any time · or pay $299 once and $49/mo (refundable for 30 days)

What happens after you launch

  1. TodayYou pay nothing. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
  2. Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
  3. Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
  4. 30 daysNot for you? Cancel online before day 30 and you never pay a cent. Keep it, and the $59/mo starts then. We email you before the first charge.

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

On the $0-today plan there's nothing to get back at first: nothing is charged for 30 days, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime; a month already billed isn't refunded. If you paid $299 to launch instead, that $299 is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked.

What's the monthly fee for?

It's $59 a month (or $49 if you paid $299 to launch), and it covers hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
