Diagnosis comes first, always, before a wrench touches anything. If a part is failing, we pull it and put it in your hand so you can see the wear yourself, not just take our word for it. Some repairs are urgent and some can wait a few months; we tell you which is which and let you decide from there.

Yes. Not every worn part needs fixing today. We separate what's urgent for safety from what's fine to watch, and let you decide what to do with the difference in your budget and timeline.
How do you figure out what's actually wrong?
We start with diagnostics — reading codes, testing components, checking the parts a symptom usually points to — before naming a cause. If we're not sure, we say so and test further rather than guess.
Can I see what you're replacing?
Yes, we set the old part aside so you can look at it yourself. If a rotor is warped or a hose is cracked, you see it, not just a line item on an invoice.
