Services

What we work on

  • 01

    Brake service

Pads, rotors, and fluid flushes done the way a reviewer described feeling their brakes work better than they had in years.

  • 02

    Check-engine & diagnostics

A code reader tells you where to look, not what's wrong — we trace it to the actual part before quoting anything.

  • 03

    Oil & fluid service

Oil, coolant, transmission and brake fluid checked and changed on the schedule your engine actually needs, not a generic sticker.

  • 04

    Engine repair

From a rough idle to a bigger rebuild, diagnosed on the lift with the actual failed part in hand before we talk numbers.

  • 05

    Suspension & alignment

Upgrades and repairs for trucks and cars that see Fallbrook's back roads, checked on the lift for worn bushings and joints.

  • 06

    Batteries & electrical

Wiring faults, dead batteries, and the occasional rodent damage traced wire by wire and repaired, not just patched.

Our
standards

  • 01Years of repeat customers on the same vehicles
  • 02Owner and master tech on the shop floor
  • 03Old parts shown before replacement
  • 04Diagnosis before any quote

Show, don't just tell

You see the worn part or failed component before we replace it, on the lift, in person.

Diagnose, then quote

We confirm what's actually wrong before giving you a number, not after.

Fix what's needed now

We separate what needs attention today from what can reasonably wait, and say so out loud.

01The shop

A shop where they walk you to the lift and point

Robbins Auto Works runs out of a tall, concrete-floored bay in Fallbrook, the kind of space with steel trusses overhead and enough room to have more than one car up at once. George Robbins and Master Tech Chris have built a customer base that keeps coming back for years, not visits. The habit here is simple: find the actual problem first, show it to you, then talk about what it costs to fix — and what can reasonably wait. Nobody gets sold work they didn't ask about.

“This guy is awesome. Did my research, read all sorts of reviews. This shop is honest and fair in pricing! I was pleasantly surprised! Took my car in, rodents got to my wiring. $389.”

Questions

Will you tell me if something can wait?

Yes. Once we've found the actual issue, we'll say plainly whether it needs attention now or can hold off, and roughly how much time you likely have before it turns into a bigger job.

How do you handle diagnosing a check-engine light?

We read the trouble code, then test the specific part or circuit it points to before naming the problem. A code narrows things down; confirming on the car is what tells you what's actually failing.

Can I see the parts you're replacing?

Yes, we keep the old part until you've seen it. Looking at the actual worn pad, sensor, or wiring section is easier to understand than a description of it.

Robbins Auto Works’ website is built and ready

It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

Launch this website: $299

$299 once · $49/mo from day 30 · cancel online any time · 30-day refund on the $299

What happens after you launch

  1. TodayYou pay $299. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
  2. Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
  3. Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
  4. 30 daysNot for you? Email us and the $299 comes back, no questions. The $49/mo starts only after that.

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. The $299 launch fee is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked, and the $49 a month can be cancelled at any time.

What's the $49 a month for?

Hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
