How do you figure out what's actually wrong with my car?
We start with a diagnostic — a scan tool for electrical and engine codes, a physical inspection for anything mechanical — and trace the code or symptom back to the actual part. You get told what we found before we talk repair.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. Once we've diagnosed the issue, we put together an estimate and go over it with you before any repair work begins, so there's no surprise when you pick up the car.
Do you handle collision damage or just mechanical stuff?
Both. Body and collision work — bumpers, panels, paint — runs alongside mechanical repair, brakes, and diagnostics, so a car that's been hit and needs a tune-up doesn't have to go to two shops.
