How do you figure out what's actually wrong with my car?
We start with diagnostics — scanning codes, testing the specific system involved, and confirming the cause before quoting anything. You get shown the part or the reading that pointed to the problem, not just a guess based on the symptom you described.
What if I can't afford everything you find?
We tell you what's urgent versus what can reasonably wait, so you can decide what to handle now. Not every finding on a car needs to be fixed the same day, and we'll say so when that's the case.
Can you tell me why my car failed smog?
Yes. A failed smog check points to a specific system or sensor, and we walk through exactly what triggered the failure before recommending a repair, so you understand what you're paying to fix and why.
