We start with proper diagnostic tools rather than guessing from the symptom you describe. Once we've traced the fault, we show you what we found and explain it before quoting the repair, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Can I get an estimate before you start any work?
Yes. Diagnosis comes first, then an explanation of what's wrong, then a plan you approve before we touch the car. Nothing gets ordered or repaired without you knowing the cost first.
How do I get my car in for service?
Call and describe what's going on — a light, a noise, a smog deadline, routine service. We'll get you scheduled and let you know what to expect when you bring the car in.
