Services

What we do

  • Duct & vent cleaning

Dryer vents and air ducts cleared of lint and dust buildup, checked and shown to you before we call the job done.

  • Office cleaning

Desks, break rooms, restrooms and common areas cleaned on a schedule that works around your business hours.

  • Recurring schedules

Weekly, biweekly or monthly service with the same crew and the same checklist, so the standard doesn't slip between visits.

  • Deep cleaning

A heavier pass for buildup regular service doesn't reach — baseboards, vents, behind fixtures, and everything in between.

  • Disinfection services

High-touch surfaces treated with appropriate disinfecting products for offices, common areas, and shared equipment.

  • Floor & carpet care

Hard floors stripped, waxed or scrubbed, and carpets cleaned to lift buildup that daily vacuuming leaves behind.

We look at what's actually built up inside your vents

Most of what we clean is out of sight until someone opens it up — the inside of a dryer duct, the underside of an office carpet, the grout lines nobody's touched in a year. We show the buildup before we remove it and the result after, the same way we'd want to see it if it were our building. Recurring accounts get the same crew and the same checklist each time, so nothing gets quietly skipped to save time. One-off jobs get the same attention as the accounts we've had for years.

  • Same crew, same checklist

Recurring accounts get the same crew and the same written checklist on every visit.

  • Show, then tell

On duct and vent work, we show you the buildup we found and what came out before calling it done.

  • Scheduled around you

Cleaning is booked around your business hours or tenant access, not the other way around.

  • How do you handle after-hours access to our building?

We work with property or office managers to arrange entry ahead of time, whether that's a key, a code, or coordinating with an on-site contact — the plan is set before the crew's first visit.

  • Can you keep the same crew coming back?

On recurring accounts, yes — the same crew and checklist return each visit so the building isn't relearned from scratch every time, and any changes to the space get noted for the next visit.

  • How do I know if my dryer vent actually needs cleaning?

We inspect the line first and show you what's built up before recommending anything. If it's clear, we'll tell you that too rather than clean a vent that doesn't need it.

How service starts

01

Show them the space

A quick walkthrough or a few photos: the size of the space, the surfaces, and what bothers you most.

02

Agree the checklist and the price

What's included, how often, and what it costs — settled before the first visit.

03

Service runs as agreed

The agreed days, the agreed checklist. Changes get agreed the same way.

04

Walk it after the first clean

Point at anything that isn't right on visit one — that's when the standard gets set.

Before you hand anyone a key

Four flags worth knowing — whoever you're vetting

Ask these of any cleaning company quoting your space — us included.

  • A price without seeing the space

Size and condition decide the work. A real quote comes after a look, even a quick one.

  • No checklist attached

“Full cleaning” means nothing on an invoice. Tasks in writing are what actually get done.

  • Cagey about insurance

Any cleaning company should expect to be asked about insurance. The answer should be quick and specific.

  • Vague about who shows up

The same person or a rotating team, and how they're vetted — fair questions for anyone with a key.

You just saw the whole thing

SD Ductmaster Cleaners’ website is built and ready

It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

Launch this website: $0 today

$0 today · $59/mo from day 30 · cancel online any time · or pay $299 once and $49/mo (refundable for 30 days)

What happens after you launch

  1. TodayYou pay nothing. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
  2. Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
  3. Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
  4. 30 daysNot for you? Cancel online before day 30 and you never pay a cent. Keep it, and the $59/mo starts then. We email you before the first charge.

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

On the $0-today plan there's nothing to get back at first: nothing is charged for 30 days, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime; a month already billed isn't refunded. If you paid $299 to launch instead, that $299 is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked.

What's the monthly fee for?

It's $59 a month (or $49 if you paid $299 to launch), and it covers hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
