How do I know if I actually need the repair you're recommending?
We show you the part or the diagnostic result that led us there — a worn pad, a failed sensor reading, a leak we can point to. If something can reasonably wait, we'll tell you that instead of pushing it now.
Can you look at a check-engine light without me knowing what's wrong first?
Yes, that's how most visits start. We plug in, read the codes, and follow up with a physical check before saying what needs fixing. You get the explanation before the estimate.
How fast can you get me in?
Call or book and we'll tell you honestly where you fit into the schedule that day. Cars already on the lift get finished before new ones start, so timing depends on what's ahead of you.
