The shop
A glass case that actually stays full
Smoke Chalet is a walk-in counter shop in Fallbrook built around a case of blown-glass water pipes, hookahs, papers, cigars and the everyday gear that goes with them. Regulars keep coming back because the shelves are stocked when they get there and the person behind the counter can walk through what's different between two pieces before you decide. It's a small, product-packed room — glass cases, slatwall lined with stock, and staff who treat a repeat customer like one. Bring your questions to the counter; that's what it's there for.

Questions, answered
I don't know much about glass — can someone help me pick?01
Yes. The counter staff will pull pieces from the case and walk through the differences in build and size before you decide. Bring your questions in; that's what the counter is there for.
Do I need to bring ID?02
Yes. Every purchase requires a valid ID showing you're 21 or older, checked at the counter at each visit.
What's actually in the shop besides glass?03
The case and shelves cover hookahs and coals, rolling papers and tips, cigars and cigarillos, lighters and torches, and pipe tobacco with the cleaning supplies to maintain it. Ask at the counter for whichever section you need.
It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

What happens after you launch
TodayYou pay nothing. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.

Before you decide
Do I actually own the site?+
Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.
Can I get my money back?+
On the $0-today plan there's nothing to get back at first: nothing is charged for 30 days, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime; a month already billed isn't refunded. If you paid $299 to launch instead, that $299 is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked.
What's the monthly fee for?+
It's $59 a month (or $49 if you paid $299 to launch), and it covers hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.
How did you get my information?+
From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
