A shop that hands you a list, not a lecture
The Auto Center of El Cajon runs out of a no-frills bay under the checkered flag sign, and that's on purpose — the money goes into the work, not the waiting room. Andy and the team run the diagnostic first, then walk you through what they found in plain terms. Customers have said they got a prioritized repair list instead of a single scary number, and that repeat problems got fixed the same day they came in, sometimes catching issues nobody had asked about yet. That's the shop we try to run every time a car pulls in.

Yes. After diagnostics, we separate what needs attention now from what's worth watching, so you're not pushed into fixing everything on the same visit.
How do I know what's actually wrong with my car?
We run diagnostics first and show you the failed or worn part directly where possible, then explain what it means in plain terms before recommending a repair.
Can you look at more than one issue in a visit?
Yes. Once your car is in the bay, we check for other issues beyond the original request and let you know what we find, rather than only addressing the one thing you called about.
