Services

What we do

  • Kitchen remodels

Layout, cabinets, counters and finishes planned together so the room works before a single cabinet is hung.

  • Bathroom remodels

Full gut or refresh, with plumbing and electrical coordinated so the room isn't unusable longer than it has to be.

  • Additions

New square footage handled from permits through framing, finishes and final inspection.

  • Decks & patios

Outdoor structures built to hold up in San Diego's sun and salt air, from framing to final finish.

  • Windows & doors

Replacement or new openings, sized and flashed correctly so they don't leak or stick after the first season.

  • Whole-home renovation

Multiple rooms coordinated under one schedule instead of separate contractors tripping over each other.

The wall stays open only as long as the plan says

Zori Handyman runs remodels the way they should run: one point of contact, a schedule set before demo starts, and subs who show up when they're supposed to. We surface decisions early — tile, fixtures, layout changes — so they don't stall the job halfway through. You get a written scope, a real sequence of work, and a contractor who answers when you call. The goal isn't just a finished room, it's getting there without the surprises that turn a six-week job into a six-month one.

  • Scope before demo

You get a written scope and sequence of work before any wall or floor is opened up.

  • One point of contact

You call one person for the whole job, not a different sub for every question.

  • Decisions ahead of schedule

Material and layout choices are raised early enough that they don't stall the crew mid-project.

  • How do you keep a remodel from dragging on?

We set the full sequence of work before demo starts, so trades aren't waiting on each other and decisions get made ahead of when the crew needs them. You get a schedule up front, not a rolling estimate of when things might happen.

  • Will I be dealing with different people the whole time?

No. You have one point of contact for the project, from the first walkthrough through final inspection. Subs are coordinated by us, so you're not chasing down separate trades for updates.

  • How fast can you start on a quote?

Reach out and we'll set up a walkthrough to scope the work and put together a schedule. From there we tell you honestly what the sequence looks like before anything is signed.

How a job runs, start to finish

01

Say what's going on

A call or a text — photos help if they're easy to take.

02

Agree on the work first

Scope and price settled before anything starts. If something changes mid-job, it gets agreed the same way.

03

The work gets done

On the day you set, in the way you agreed.

04

Walk it before it's done

Point at anything that isn't right while the tools are still out — that's what the walkthrough is for.

Before you hire anyone

Four flags worth knowing — whoever you call

Ask these of anyone bidding your job — us included. A good answer costs nothing; a bad one saves you the whole mistake.

  • A price before anyone's seen the job

Real quotes come after eyes on the work. A number over the phone is a number that changes.

  • Nothing in writing

Scope, price, and who buys materials — settled before work starts, on paper or in a text thread.

  • Pressure to start today

Good operators are booked. Same-hour availability with a discount attached is its own answer.

  • No paper trail on payment

However you pay, there should be a record of what was agreed and what was done.

Zori Handyman’s website is built and ready

It's built, and it can go live on your own domain. See something you'd change? A service, a photo, a sentence: tell us and we change it, before launch and after.

Launch this website: $0 today

$0 today · $59/mo from day 30 · cancel online any time · or pay $299 once and $49/mo (refundable for 30 days)

What happens after you launch

  1. TodayYou pay nothing. The site is live within the minute at its own address; the receipt has the link.
  2. Same dayWe connect your domain with you, wherever it lives (GoDaddy, Squarespace, anywhere), or register one in your name for $25/yr.
  3. Any timeEmail a change in plain English, like new prices or new photos, and we make it. No limit on edits, no hourly billing. New pages are optional extras.
  4. 30 daysNot for you? Cancel online before day 30 and you never pay a cent. Keep it, and the $59/mo starts then. We email you before the first charge.

Before you decide

Do I actually own the site?

Yes. You own your site and your domain. Cancel anytime, keep everything. If you ever leave, we hand it all over, free. That's the deal in one sentence, and it's printed at checkout too.

Can I get my money back?

On the $0-today plan there's nothing to get back at first: nothing is charged for 30 days, so cancel before then and you pay nothing. After that you can cancel anytime; a month already billed isn't refunded. If you paid $299 to launch instead, that $299 is refundable for 30 days, no questions asked.

What's the monthly fee for?

It's $59 a month (or $49 if you paid $299 to launch), and it covers hosting, security, and unlimited edits to the pages you have: a new phone number, new prices, new photos, new wording. Email us and we make the change, with no hourly billing. New pages, like a page for another town you serve, are optional add-ons, and you see the price before you buy.

How did you get my information?

From public records and your public Google listing. The records are your state contractor license (the CSLB publishes it), your city or county business registry, and Overture Maps, an openly licensed map dataset. Your Google listing gives us things like your hours, photos, rating and reviews; ratings and reviews appear as they do on Google, with attribution, never edited or invented. The words on the site are ours, written from those facts, so tell us anything we got wrong and we fix it. Your email came from a business-data company we pay; we don't run software that scrapes websites for addresses. We've never sold or shared the list, and we're not going to.
